Excellent seller! Communicative and helpful. UPS had a problem and the seller helped out! The printer I got was fairly new. It was in the OEM box and looked like someone got it as a Christmas present but they couldn’t get it working. It wouldn’t power up but I got it figured out in about 5 minutes after checking with a multimeter. Everything is in good shape and perfect for my new Ender 3 NG project. A+ would buy again from this seller. I love refurbishing Ender 3 units!
